Dr Eleni Malissiova, DVetMed, MSc, ,MSc, PhD, is specialized in Food of Animal Origin (Dairy and Meat) Hygiene, Technology and Quality Control. She is currently an Ass. Professor at the Animal Science Department, University of Thessaly. Eleni is InnoDairyEdu coordinator.


Prof Athanasios Manouras is Chemist, specialized in Food Chemistry. He is currently a full Professor at the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition, University of Thessaly.


Ms Mary Alexandraki  is a Food Technologist, MSc with a lengthy experience in the Food Industry. She is currently a Specialized Laboratory Collaborator in the field of Food of Animal Origin Technology and Quality Control, based at the Animal Science Department, University of Thessaly.

Dr Glykeria Karagouni, Ph.D., M.Sc., B.Eng. is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Production Technologies at the University of Thessaly.

Prof Ioannis Papadopoulos, specialized in Finance and marketing, is currently a full Professor at the Department of Forestry, Wood and Design sciences, University of Thessaly.

Dr Anthony Karageorgos is specialised in Intelligent Information Systems and is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Thessaly.




Adriana Łobacz, Ph. D.
Works at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Department of Dairy Science and Quality Management, Faculty of Food Science. She is a specialist in food technology, with a specialization in dairy technology and dairy microbiology. Her scientific interests include: predictive microbiology, food safety, quality control, food product development, dairy technology.
Jarosław Kowalik, Ph. D.
Works at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. a specialist in food technology, with a specialization in dairy technology and dairy microbiology His scientific interests include: predictive microbiology, new dairy products obtained with membrane separation products, fermented drinks with probiotic bacteria.
Justyna Żulewska, Ph.D.
She has been employed at University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland, since 2006 as Professor of Food Science. Her main research interests are: factors influencing quality and yield of cheese, production of cheese with altered ratio of casein fractions, whey management, factors affecting the efficiency of filtration processes, i.e. MF, UF, food product development, functional dairy ingredients.
Justyna Tarapata, PhD Student
Studies at University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, where she is a participant of Interdisciplinary Doctoral Programme “Bioeconomy”. She is working on methods of acid whey management at the Department of Dairy Science and Quality Management, Faculty of Food Science.




Prof Germano Mucchetti, specialised in Food Science and Technology, Department of food and drug, University of Parma; Scientific Advisor of the Italian Consortium of Mozzarella Bufala Campana PDO Cheese. His scientific interest focus on application of innovative technologies of processing and measure; food safety and processing;  technology and microbiology of Italian cheeses

Prof Erasmo Neviani of Agricultural Microbiology,Department of food and drug, University of Parma. President of the Italian delegation of FIL-IDF, Advisor/ Member of consortiums on  Grana Padano PDO Cheese and Gorgonzola PDO Cheese. His scientific interests focus on microbiology and technology of dairy products

Dr Benedetta Bottari, Associate Professor of Agricultural Microbiology at the Department of Food and Drug, University of Parma.  She is currently working on the ecology of lactic acid bacteria natural cultures and different cheeses; study of microbial population dynamics in fermented foods by culture-independent methods



Dr Teresa M.López-Díaz, is an Associate Professor at the Food Hygiene and Food Technology Department, Veterinary Faculty University of León, Spain.  More than 25 years of teaching and research experience in dairy science (particularly, dairy microbiology and safety).
Dr. Jesús A. Santos is professor of Food Microbiology and member of the research group on Food Safety and Food Microbiology in the Universidad de León since 1990. His scientific activity is focused on molecular microbiology of foodborne pathogens (detection, characterization and control strategies)
Dr Rodríguez-Calleja is Associate Professor at the Department of Food Hygiene and Food Technology of the Veterinary Faculty at University of León (Spain). He is an Agricultural Engineer (2000), and B.Sc. on Food Science and Food Technology (2004), and obtained his PhD in 2006. 
Dr. Alvarez-Ordóñez is Lecturer in Food Science at University of León, Spain. He is a food microbiologist and technologist with special interest in food safety, foodborne pathogens, bacterial physiology, bacterial stress responses, ecology and biocontrol of microbial biofilms, and novel technologies of food preservation.
  Dr M. Mercedes López Fernández is professor of Food Technology and coordinator of the research group on Non-Thermal Emerging Food Preservation Technologies and Food Safety in the Universidad de León since 2017. Her scientific activity is focused on optimizing treatments and establishing guidelines to be used by the food industry to guarantee the safety and preservation of minimally processed foods, including those that undergo combined processes. 



Dr Photis Papademas
Assistant Professor of Dairy Science and Technology at the Department of Agricultural Sciences, Biotechnology and Food Science at the Cyprus University of Technology. He has published several scientific papers and  contributed in scientific books on dairy science and especially on cheese
Panagiotis Mousikos
is currently a PhD student at the Dairy Science and Technology Lab. He works on probiotics, their incorporation into donkey milk and studies the effect on the milk’s functionality.





Mr Stergios Zarkanelas is Co-founder of 4obs Consulting Company. He is responsible for coordinating of National (Partnership Agreement 2014-2020, European Social Fund) and EU projects. He has educational background in Adult Education and he is evaluator for the accreditation of Adult Educators with experience in organizing, planning, coordinating and evaluating training programs.
Mrs Areti Chatzi is Co-founder of 4obs Consulting Company. She has graduated from Panteion University, Faculty of Political and Social Science with major in Public Management. She is an expert in financial management of National an EU programs and is also senior Accountant of large number of private companies.
